Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable, particularly as it was within easy reach of local dining options and offered comfortable beds to ensure a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired!!! The pool was closed without notice, rooms could use better maintenance, and unfortunate odors lingered, leaving us feeling less than fresh during our stay!!!

The location is fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Found it easy to get around from here. The breakfast had a decent variety compared to other hotels, and the staff at the front desk were really nice and accommodating. The room had a good size, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The carpet had visible stains, and there was a dirty refrigerator with food remnants inside. The bathroom was mostly clean, but there was a wet washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod when I checked in, which didn’t sit right with me. Also, two lamps in the room were not working, which made things a bit dim. There was some noise from the guests in the hallway late at night, which interrupted my sleep. All in all, the place has potential, especially with the right attention to cleanliness and maintenance. I'd love to see it improve before considering a return.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. During my first stay, I appreciated the staff's helpful directions for dining. I'm definitely returning for my next business trip!

The breakfast spread was decent, and I loved how my kids enjoyed the indoor pool while we relaxed in the garden area. It was nice to have those little spots for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the noise from the kids in the hallway got a bit much at times, but overall, we had a fantastic stay! 😊

The Highland local scene is a treat with spots like Sonic Drive-In for classic fast-food fun and Dairy Queen for a sweet fix. Our family studio suite was impressively spacious, giving us room to stretch out after a long day. Plus, the mattresses were very comfy too—definitely a win!

We found cat litter sneaking under the bathroom counter and even a dead bug chilling under the microwave. There were all sorts of strange happenings in the hallway at odd hours, making our stay less than restful.
